Description:

Main duties involve:

* Responsible for the smooth running of our Club Hotel in France
* A weekly staff rota is in place, realistic and adhered to
* Required to work to a budget and prepare a set of weekly accounts for all areas of the hotel - bar, kitchen, entertainments, foreign exchange and ski packs  
* To be responsible for all monies - to be the sole key holder for the company safe
* To be fully aware and adhere to the company grievance and disciplinary procedures
* Provide on-going training and motivation for all staff when required                        * Desirable for candiates to be 21 years plus

This is a very hands on management role and is solely about the smooth running of the hotel environment to ensure our clients have the best holiday possible.
