This role offers the perfect chance if you’re interested in starting a career in catering but have no previous experience as we provide all the necessary training.

You will work under the direction of a Head Chef or Chef, preparing, cooking and serving food and cleaning the dining and food preparation facilities after use.

We are keen to encourage development through our training programmes and many of our senior catering staff originally joined us as Catering Assistants. We operate the nationally-recognised Apprenticeship programme in Hospitality, giving you the chance to earn while you learn and get qualified 'on the job.'

Our centres vary in size, with the largest catering for more than 900 guests and staff and the smallest cooking for just 50. Most centres cater for between 120-300 people each meal time.
