Description:

As an Area Manager you will be responsible for training and management of all the reps and resort managers in your area. Your duties will include ensuring that monthly sales and customer service targets are met. You will also be supervising the accounts for your area and ensuring all budgets are met. Based overseas, this position involves travelling around the ski resorts therefore a clean driving licence is essential.

Successful applicants will have excellent communication skills, a practical and logical approach to organising resort operations and a motivational approach to staff leadership & training. A strong management background is essential together with a good understanding of the travel industry and at least 2 winters resort rep experience. Conversational level of French or Spanish is preferable.

This position would suit someone who has management experience at a resort level and is looking to progress.
