You’ll pride yourself on making sure that your hotel provides the warm welcome and impeccable service that Crystal is famous for. Every day is different. You might be meeting with a supplier to negotiate cheaper prices, running a coaching session with your team, doing a spot check on room cleanliness, helping guests retrieve some luggage lost during the flight, doing an H&S check or catching up on some paperwork. No matter how busy you are, you’ll always have time for your guests and your team – thus making sure they want to return to the resort year after year.

You’re a perfectionist. No matter how high standards are, you just want to keep improving them. Thanks to your experience of management in the hotel or tour operating business, you have plenty of know how, as well as good computer skills and the numeracy necessary to run budgets.
