A PGL holiday is not just about the activities our guests take part in - the presentation of our residential environment is crucial to make a lasting impression.

We are currently recruiting Site Assistants to contribute to the overall presentation of our centres. Working as part of a team, you’ll prepare areas for our guests and ensure all communal areas are kept clean and tidy to create that all important lasting impression.

You may also be required to assist in the activity stores to make sure all equipment is in good working order. Some night security work may also be involved; full training will be given and you will not be expected to work on your own or reprimand any intruders.

This role is ideal if you enjoy participating in outdoor activities, yet aren’t looking for an instructional role. Our centres give you the opportunity to live in some of Europe’s most challenging outdoor sports locations.

At quieter times of the season, you may be able to work towards National Governing Body competency awards in your centres’ activities. You may also be required to participate in evening entertainments for our guests.

Positions are available to work in the UK, France and Spain with numerous start dates throughout Feb, Mar, Apr, May and June on flexible-length contracts. You can apply to work for the whole season, as little as eight weeks, or any length of time in between.
