At Crystal, the leading ski and boarding holiday specialists, you won’t just help customers have amazing experiences – you’ll have them, too.

Of course, all the time, you’ll be giving 100% effort to your work, too. You’ll alternate every two weeks between working the night and day shift. Whether you’re helping to peel spuds, brushing snow away from paths, taking responsibility for the desk at night, performing fire checks, or advising guests on the best places to go to party into the small hours, you’ll be invaluable.

You’re willing to work hard, and you don’t mind long hours, or late ones. Always smiling and always helpful, you’ll play a big part in making sure our guests have a great time. Of course, during your time off, you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy the slopes with the free ski pass we’ll give you - especially when you’re working the night shift!
