Description:

Minimum age 18 years old.

Main duties include: Must speak fluent French and answer the telephone in French at all times. Ensure that coherent, precise message is on the telephone answering machine in French and English and check messages regularly. To provide customer service from reception - dealing with queries, foreign exchange, handing out keys, taking money for settlement of all client bills - bar tabs, room service, ski hire, lift passes. Liasing with suppliers and dealing with deliveries. Working alongside Hotel Managers to complete any necessary administrative tasks given. Responsible for the display of necessary client information notices around the reception area. To ensure the reception and surrounding areas, which in some instances include the bar and lounge areas are kept clean and tidy at all times and to do this when necessary. Serve dinner and participate in après ski entertainment.
