The programme is structured around three key areas: strength and conditioning work, group fitness sessions and lots of time training and playing for a local cricket club. Alongside excellent facilities, accomodation and three nutritious meals a day, you will be able to take part in a range of (included) adventure activities and will be ideally located to explore the whole of Australia!
