Gap Year in Brazil

A gap year in Brazil often involve the Amazon jungle but can also take in tropical beaches and city life as well. Brazil shares a border with every country in South America except for Ecuador and Chile, and is the fifth largest country in the World.


The sheer size, varied climate and topography of Brazil gives a variety of gap year activities that range from working on social volunteering projects right through to learning Portugese in a city or coaching tennis.
