Helping Children

Many developing countries have high populations of homeless people, many of these are children who also suffer from abuse and addiction to alcohol or drugs. A rewarding and worthwhile way to spend some of your year out and you couldn't make a contribution to a more worthwhile cause. A good place to look for direct placements is on the Consortium For Street Children website.
